Need a laugh? If you do, check out these funny but true stories author and resident Diva Jean Hart Stewart posted at my other site Sweet n Sexy Divas.
You can't help but love these idiots...
1. With a Little Help from friends...
Police in Oakland, CA spent two hour attempting to subdue a gunman who had barricaded himself inside his home. After firing ten tear gas canisters, officers discovered that the man was standing beside them in the police line shouting, "Please come out and give yourself up."
2. What was PLAN B?
An Illinois man, pretending to have a gun, kidnapped a motorist and forced him to drive to two different automated teller machines where the kidnapper proceeded to withdraw money from his own accounts.
3. The Getaway!
A man walked into Topeka Kansas Kwik Stop with a demand for all in the cash drawer. Apparently the take was too small, as he tied up the store clerk and worked the counter himself for three hours until the police showed up and grabbed him.
4. Did I Say That?
Police in Los Angeles had good luck with a robbery suspect who couldn't control himself during a lineup. When detectives asked him to repeat the words:"Give me all your money of I'll shoot" he shouted, "that's not what I said!
5. Not the Sharpest Tool in the Shed!
In Modesta, CA, Steven Richard King was arrested for trying to hold up a Bank of America branch without a weapon. King used a thumb and a finger to simulate a gun. Unfortunately he failed to keep his hand in his pocket.
6. The Best One Yet!
Last summer, down on Lake Isabella. located in the high desert an hour east of Bakersfield, some folks were having a problem. No matter how hard they tried, they couldn't get their new 22 foot boat going. After an hour of trying, they putted into a nearby marina, hoping someone could tell them what to do. A check showed every thing in perfect working order. The marine guys came up out of water, laughing too hard to speak. Finally they managed to point out that under the boat, still strapped in place was the trailer!!
But all these guys vote! Scares me!
Nothing scary about the five books I have schedule to come out at MuseItUp. They're lovely!! I don't have a release date for the first one but it will be soon, and depend upon it, I'll let you know.
