As the days went by, I debated whether to call her. Because, for all my confidence on the battlefield as a former Green Beret, when it came to women, I always hesitated.
Then she called. Said she was in trouble and asked for my help. And once I heard her story, I knew she was right.
As a security expert for Blade and Arrow Security, it’s my job to protect. But with Isla, it’s so much more than just a job. It’s protecting the woman I’m falling for.
